The Proceedings of the Workshop will be published in a special issue of the “International Journal of Bifurcations and Chaos”. The two courses will be published and also the invited seminars. A selection of the seminars by young researchers will also be considered for publication. In all cases the manuscripts will be reviewed by two referees. The editors of the special issue of the Journal will be editedby Enrique TIRAPEGUI, invited editor, and two co-editors: Marc Etienne BRACHET and Enrique CERDA
